Our vintage products are used items. Some have been around for more than a century and therefore have natural signs of use, craclings and other marks of their age. This, for us, is what makes them beautiful and special!

We always do our best to describe the condition of our products through pictures and words, so that you may get a clear idea about what you might be buying. However, if something is not clear to you, please ask before your purchase.

If for some reason you wish to return a product, we are absolutely fine with that, as long as the product is returned to us in the same condition it was sent to you.

All you have to do is to let us know within 14 days of reciving an item, and return it to us, at your own expense, within 30 days.

We are happy to send our beautiful items all over the blue planet!
However, prices and conditions of the shipping varies some depending on where you live, so please read on according to your location.

For Denmark and the rest of Europe:
The price we charge will cover items up to 5 kg. In the odd case your items weights more than 5 kg there might be an additional cost of the shipping and we will contact you.

To make the shipping process as smooth as possible, please write your telephone number in the comments, as we need this information for the track-and-trace. - Thank you!

The price of shipping will cover items up to 2 kg. In case your items weights more than 2 kg it will be sent in more than one parcel of a maximum of 2 kg, in order to get the cheapest possible rates.

Our standard shipping rate for countries outside of Europe does not include track-and-trace. If you wish to pay for an upgrade of your shipment to get track-and-trace, please contact us.

byBuren are NOT responsible for paying any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country.

This is to make it clear to buyers that they are solely responsible for paying any additional fees.

First of all it's got a few practical functions; to hide old barcodes and logos of what was originally in the box, as we like to reuse boxes as much as possible, and in the unlikely event the parcel gets lost and needs to be tracked down, we can tell the postal service "it's got an old Donald Duck cartoon stuck on the side ..."
We also think that it just might put a smile on the face of the people handling the box on it's way from Denmark to Japan, California or South of France, and thus they might treat the package a little more respectfully - which in turn will make its journey safter.⁠ Finally we hope it will also bring a smile to your face when you recieve the package - it surely puts a smile on ours when we pack it up! :-)
